B. When the specific gravity of the liquid is different, the position of the float will change. Generally, when SG is smaller than water, the part of the float immersed in the liquid will increase relatively.
C. The reference specific gravity of the float switch product is water (SG=1). Therefore, when selecting the float, the specific gravity SG of the liquid level must be considered. It must be greater than the float specification. Otherwise, the float switch will not float.
D. For liquids with high viscosity that will not dry up, a stainless steel float with a larger outer diameter should generally be used.
E. The float switch uses a magnet to sense the reed switch, so the measured liquid level should be free of iron filings, otherwise the iron filings will stick to the float and the float will not float up, affecting the action of the float switch. Purpose: The stainless steel float level switch is specially used for liquid level detection, remote signal transmission, and switch alarm of various small and medium-sized normal pressure and pressurized liquid storage tanks. It can be used with various sanitary, environmentally friendly, toxic, and corrosive dielectric liquids with concentrated acids and alkalis.
